Six service lines

What we do, and how each job actually runs

Campaigns on Telegram, the software behind them, and the removal, recovery and monitoring work that keeps a name clean. Every line below says what it covers, how the work is sequenced, and what is realistic to expect. Pricing is per case or per campaign, quoted after we look at yours.

  • Free initial assessment
  • Scope and price before work starts
  • Official channels only
  • No guaranteed outcomes
01 · Marketing

Telegram Marketing

We plan and run Telegram campaigns end to end: who to reach, what to say to them, when it goes out, and what came back. Targeting is built from the groups, channels and interest signals that match your offer rather than from a bought list, and audiences are segmented so different messages go to different people. Sending volumes stay inside Telegram's published limits, which is the reason the accounts still work in week three.

What we need from you: the offer or landing link, a description of the audience you want, and whatever assets you already have. If you have run something before, send the numbers too.

  • Campaign planning
  • Audience targeting
  • Segmentation
  • Channel & group growth
  • Managed outreach
  • Copy variants

How a campaign runs

  1. You send the offer, the audience you have in mind, and any assets.
  2. We map which segments are actually reachable and propose volumes, message variants and a schedule.
  3. You approve the copy and the target list. Nothing goes out before that.
  4. We send in paced batches and watch delivery and account health as it runs.
  5. You get the report: reach, joins, replies, drop-off, and what we would change.

What to expect: setup normally takes three to five working days before the first batch, and paced sending spreads a campaign over days rather than hours. Response depends on your offer and audience, so we forecast from what we see and never quote a rate we cannot stand behind.

02 · Software

Software & Automation

We build the tools we use ourselves: Telegram bots, message schedulers, scrapers that collect public data, and dashboards that put campaign numbers in one place. You can license something we already run and have it configured for your workflow, or commission a build against your own spec when nothing off the shelf fits.

Either way you end up holding working software with setup, documentation and updates included. We hand over the build and the instructions rather than renting you a seat that stops working the month you stop paying.

  • Telegram bots
  • Schedulers
  • Scrapers
  • Dashboards
  • Custom builds
  • Docs & handover

How a build runs

  1. Tell us the job the tool has to do and where it needs to run.
  2. We say whether an existing tool covers it or a custom build is needed, then quote against that answer.
  3. We build and test it on your data, and you review it before sign-off.
  4. We install it, hand over the documentation and credentials, and walk your team through it.
  5. Updates run for the agreed license term. Anything we shipped broken, we fix.

What to expect: configuring an existing tool is usually a matter of days; a custom build is scoped in weeks. If a platform's API or terms make part of your spec impossible, we say so before you commit rather than after.

03 · Enforcement

Removal & Takedown

We prepare and file removal requests for impersonator profiles, stolen photos and video, leaked private material, scam and clone accounts, and copyrighted work reposted without permission. Each request goes through the platform's own reporting, trust and safety, or DMCA route, cited against the specific policy or law the content breaks.

We take cases where there is a genuine violation to point at. We do not file reports against lawful accounts, and we turn down work whose real aim is to silence a competitor or a critic.

  • Impersonation and fake profiles using your name, photos or brand
  • Stolen media reposted without a license or release
  • Leaked private material, including non-consensual intimate images
  • Scam accounts, clone channels and fake support handles
  • DMCA and copyright notices for reposted work
  • Search result removal requests where the search engine's own policy applies

How a case runs

  1. Send us the links and any proof of ownership. The first review is free.
  2. We tell you which policy or law the content breaks, and where it does not.
  3. We assemble the evidence pack and file through the platform's official channel.
  4. We track the response and escalate through the routes the platform publishes.
  5. You get a status log showing what was filed, when, and what came back.

What to expect: platforms decide, not us. Clear impersonation reports often resolve within days; copyright and legal escalations can run for weeks, and some requests are refused outright. We re-file with stronger evidence where a second attempt is allowed, and we tell you when it is not.

04 · Recovery

Account Recovery

When an account is hacked, locked or suspended, recovery runs through the provider's own appeal and identity-verification process. We work out which route applies to your situation, assemble the proof of ownership the reviewer will ask for, and write the appeal so it answers the actual question rather than restating the problem.

We never ask for your password. Everything is submitted through the platform's published forms and support channels, by you or with your written authorization.

  • Account takeover
  • Lockouts
  • Policy suspensions
  • Identity verification
  • Appeal drafting

How recovery runs

  1. We establish what happened: a takeover, a lockout, or a policy suspension.
  2. You gather proof of ownership: linked email or phone, registration or purchase records, ID where the platform requires it.
  3. We identify the correct official appeal form or support route for that account type.
  4. We draft the appeal, submit it, and track the response.
  5. If it is refused, we read the stated reason and file a better-evidenced second appeal where the platform permits one.

What to expect: first responses commonly arrive within one to three weeks, and several platforms allow only a single appeal. If the suspension was for a real violation, recovery may not be possible, and we will say that before you pay rather than after.

05 · Reporting

Growth Analytics

Every campaign closes with numbers you can check: how far the messages reached, how many people joined the channel, how many replied, and where the drop-off happened. We show the raw counts next to what we think they mean, including the runs that underperformed.

The point is the next campaign. Segments that answered get more budget, segments that went quiet get cut or reworded, and you can see the reasoning instead of taking our word for it.

  • Reach and delivery, batch by batch
  • Joins and leaves on the target channel or group
  • Replies, and how many became conversations
  • Drop-off points across the funnel
  • Cost per join and cost per reply for the run
  • What we would change before the next send

How reporting runs

  1. We agree which numbers matter to you before the campaign starts.
  2. Counts are recorded per batch while the campaign is live.
  3. You get an interim read partway through, so a weak run can be changed mid-flight.
  4. The final report lands within a few days of the last batch.
  5. We walk through it with you and price the next run from it.

What to expect: reporting is only as good as what the platform exposes. Telegram does not publish per-user read data, so we report delivery and observed response, and we label a figure as an estimate whenever it is one.

06 · Monitoring

Brand Monitoring

Impersonators come back. Monitoring is the standing watch for clone channels, fake support handles, reposted assets and accounts trading on your name, so the second wave is caught while it is small. Matches come to you with the evidence and a recommended action, and we file only on your approval.

Useful after a takedown case closes, or on its own if your name, catalog or product photos get copied regularly.

  • Clone channels
  • Fake support handles
  • Leaked assets
  • Scam accounts
  • Monthly summary

How monitoring runs

  1. We build the watchlist with you: names, handles, logos, product images, key phrases.
  2. Sweeps run on an agreed schedule across the platforms that matter to your business.
  3. Every match reaches you with evidence and a suggested action.
  4. You approve, and we file through the official route for that platform.
  5. A monthly summary records what appeared, what was filed, and what came down.

What to expect: monitoring is priced monthly by watchlist size and how many platforms are covered. It finds copies faster and shortens the response time. It cannot stop them being created in the first place.

Working together

How an engagement works

The same five steps whether you want a campaign, a tool, or something taken down. The first review costs nothing, and you see the scope and the number before anything starts.

  1. Tell us the goal. Message us with what you are trying to achieve and the details you already have: links, audience, spec, evidence. Free initial assessment, no obligation.
  2. We scope and quote. We come back with what we would do, what is realistic, what we would not attempt, and a price per case or per campaign.
  3. You approve. Nothing is sent, built or filed until you have signed off on the scope, the copy or the evidence pack.
  4. We run it. The work happens on the agreed schedule and you get progress updates as it moves, not silence until the end.
  5. You get the report or the handover. A campaign report, a status log for a case, or the software plus documentation and credentials for a build.
