Confidentiality
What happens to what you send
Case material stays with the people working on it. We do not publish client names, screenshots of your case, or examples of work, and we do not sell or share contact details.
Be aware of the honest limit: a removal, appeal or copyright notice has to be filed with the platform, so the evidence you give us goes into that platform's own form and is read by their review team. We will tell you before anything is submitted, and we only file where content genuinely breaks a platform rule or the law.
We will never ask you for passwords, one-time codes or payment card details over chat. If a platform needs identity documents to verify ownership or recover an account, you upload them directly to that platform through its official process.
